Blind spot

Still there but nearly invisible.
The car is right there next to me.

If you want to pass a truck on the right side, especially in (or on) something small, think about it.

Nice short ride.

382 kilometers.
Swapped the LePera Barebone for the Mustang Vintage wide so my ass wouldn't protest too much and off we went.

Petite Beauté

There is no such thing as "The Original Six".

Here is something that bugs me.
There is no such thing as "The Original Six".

The NHL started in 1917 and had 5 teams.
-Montreal Canadians
-Montreal Wanderers
-Quebec Bulldogs
-Ottawa Senators
-Toronto, called the Arenas but officially didn't have a name.
And only 4 of those teams played the 1st season, Quebec didn't field a team, most of their players were in the Armed Forces and gone to war.

In Boston got in in 1924 with the Montreal Maroons.
New York Americans and the Pittsburgh Pirates entered in the 1925.
The New York Rangers, Chicago Black Hawks (now spelled Blackhawks), and Detroit Cougars (now known as the Red Wings) entered in the 1926, raising the number of teams in the NHL to ten.

Quebec moved to Hamilton and folded in 1925.
Ottawa moved to St-Louis and stayed till 1935.
The Pittsburg Pirates became the Philadelphia Quakers and closed their doors in 1931.
The Americans were done in 1942.
The Maroons in 1938.
The Wanderers lasted only 2 season.

The "Original Six" didn't happen until 1942 after a World War and The Great Depression, 25 years after the creation of the League.
I don't know why there is such a "hole" in the NHL's history.

There is only 1 "Original" team, and it's my favorite, The Club de Hockey Canadien de Montreal.

There was only one.../Il n'y en avait que un...

...but no heartbeat.

...mais pas de battements de cœur.

I believe...

I believe that if it has boobs, or wheels or computer chips, it will cause you problems.

And a computer is very much like a wife.
They're both supposed to help you, make your life easier and enjoyable.
But once in a while, they will make you miserable.

Your baby has a face! Your baby's features are becoming more predominant as his lips, tongue and nostrils, as well as the buds for 20 baby teeth are already present. The back muscles are growing along the spinal column, and his or her reproductive organs have started to form and soon will become either testes or ovaries. The arms and legs are growing while elbows and knees appear as well. The fingers and toes are starting to show but are still webbed. Your baby is about 8 - 11 mm or 0.31 - 0.43 inches in length.

The process of ossification (hardening of the bones) begins as the bones of the fingers and toes have already reached the first joint. Your baby is already getting smarter as his brain continues to develop and grow. Your baby starts to show signs of reflex activity - an automatic response to certain types of stimuli. Connecting you and your baby, the umbilical cord with all its blood vessels, are starting to function. In fact, what will be your baby's intestine is forming in the umbilical cord as well. An ultrasound done this week would show your baby's fluttering heart and reflex movements.
